Olawale Richard  Awe has over 15 years of experience working on Transformational Change Programmes, Regulatory Projects, Cloud migration and Generative AI products. He has designed, managed and executed high-impact projects for major institutions in the UK, overseeing enterprise migrations, regulatory projects, solutions that reduced operational costs and increased client retention. 

Olawale has completed projects in agile and waterfall environments, adopting software development lifecycle and strategic planning, achieving significant improvement in project delivery timelines and enhancing stakeholder relationships through clear communication. He manages teams in diverse roles, fostering seamless communication between business and technical units while initiating a streamlined operational process that resulted in a reduction in time-to-market for new products.
